Event Etiquette

The CTIAF Animjam is a group event, that welcomes everyone and is committed to ensuring the safety of all our attendees.

 

These guidelines will ensure that we create an environment, which is free from harassment or behaviour that would be considered inappropriate.

 

By attending the Event, you are bound to respect and agree to these Event’s behavioural guidelines, which are contained below.

 

CTIAF reserves the right to admission in as far as the Event is concerned and should any person, not act in accordance with these guidelines, admission will be refused or rescinded.
By participating you agree to the following:

 

CODE OF CONDUCT
* I understand this is a collaborative, respectful environment.

* I agree to the event’s code of conduct and consent to photos/videos for documentation.

* While the event organisers will take every precaution to ensure a secure environment, I take full responsibility for my property.

* I acknowledge CTIAF’s zero tolerance policy towards harassment of any kind, including but not limited to: 
Stalking, intimidation, offensive verbal comments, harassment, unwelcome physical attention, physical assault,  lewd behaviour, bathroom policing.  

* I acknowledge that this is a dry event.  No alcohol, marijuana or THC vapes will be allowed onsite.  There is an area for those that smoke tobacco products. CTIAF’s mission is to create a fun, safe, welcoming, awesome event where fans of all kinds can come together. 

 

It is our intention that for you to not only have the most amazing weekend ever, but to experience it in an environment where you are safe and accepted.
